About Omayemi
Omayemi qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and joined Machins in 2021. He specialises in all aspects of immigration law and assists individual and business clients from asylum seekers to investors and entrepreneurs from the Americas, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Omayemi has been involved with matters that have gone to the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and the Supreme Court. More recently he has focused on corporate immigration and private immigration.
Prior to qualification Omayemi was a legal representative at the Immigration and Appellant Authority which, in its most recent incarnation, is referred to as the Immigration and Asylum Chamber. Omayemi first started advising clients on Immigration matters in 2002.
