Skilled Worker visas or Skilled Worker Leave may be issued to persons that have secured employment with an employer that has a Sponsorship Licence.
Persons within the Skilled Worker Immigration category may bring their partners and dependent children under the age of 18 to the UK.
We also assist people who already have Skilled Worker Immigration status and intend to make Change of Employer applications. Such applications are those who want to change employer but remain within the Skilled Worker category.
Please contact a member of our Immigration Department if you have any queries regarding Skilled Worker applications.
