Students who intend to study in the UK must obtained a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from a licenced Student Sponsor.
If you intend to apply for a Student Visa you will be required to demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to support yourself.
In addition to the above you will also need to satisfy the English Language requirement for this Immigration category. The English language requirement that you need to meet will depend on whether your course is at degree level or over, or below degree level.
For certain courses an Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS) Certificate must be obtained.
Student Visa applications must be made within 6 months of obtaining a CAS.
