To satisfy the requirements for this visa, those applying for it must provide evidence that they need long – term care due to age, disability or illness.
Persons applying for this visa must also be able to demonstrate that they cannot receive the care they need in the countries where they reside.
The relative is in the UK must also in a position to look after the adult relative joining them without recourse to public funds.
