In this webinar we will look at neurodiversity at work and what this means for employers. Workplaces are becoming increasingly neuro-diverse and more employees and/or their dependants are being diagnosed.

Neurodivergent employees may be deemed to have a protected disability under the Equality Act 2010 which means that employers will need to take additional steps when managing employees to provide support and remove barriers to work.

We will look at recent case law and provide practical guidance to employers.
