About Maxine

Maxine joined Machins in September 2022 from a regional firm.  She has extensive experience in acting for a variety of clients in all aspects of non-contentious private client work including drafting complex wills, drafting trusts, estate administration, preparing complex applications to the Probate Registry, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and preparing applications to the Court of Protection.

Maxine has worked previously in the City of London as well as in a Kent based firm, where she became a partner.

She is a full member of STEP and is a trustee of a local charity.

Maxine also has a keen interest in music and has previously worked in the music industry.

Approach to work

Maxine places great emphasis on client care and provides guidance and support for her clients, particularly, in difficult or delicate circumstances.
