About Zarenna

Zarenna joined Machins in December 2021 as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team. She qualified as a solicitor in July 2024 and is now a member of the Company Commercial team.

Zarenna graduated from the University of Leicester with a First Class law degree in 2018 and then completed the Legal Practice Course alongside a Master’s in Law, achieving a Distinction in 2019.

She has experience advising clients across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and across several sectors, with particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, share buybacks, company reorganisations, and general commercial contracts and agreements.

Approach to Work

Zarenna takes a proactive and commercially minded approach to her work. She takes the time to understand each client’s business and objectives so she can offer clear, pragmatic advice, tailored to their unique needs. Whether supporting a sole trader or advising a larger corporate entity, her focus is always on delivering effective, practical solutions that align with the client’s goals.
