About Monica
Monica is a solicitor in the Employment team, advising employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Prior to joining Machins, Monica trained at a specialist employment law firm where she gained experience managing complex tribunal claims. She has particular expertise in discrimination claims, especially those involving race, sex, pregnancy and disability, and regularly advises on strategic approaches to early resolution.
Monica holds an MSc in Law, Business and Management and the Legal Practice Course with Distinction from the University of Law, as well as an LLB (Hons) from the University of Kent.
