About Rhiannon

Rhiannon is a solicitor in the Public Law Family Team in Luton and joined Machins in January 2025.

She is a law graduate of the University of Southampton and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

Prior to joining Machins, Rhiannon worked as a Public Law Family Solicitor at a Central London firm where she specialised in representing families in disputes relating to the care of children, whether these were brought by the local authority or privately between individuals. Her range of work also focused on representing people who need protection from domestic abuse.

Rhiannon is experienced in dealing with complex proceedings including allegations of non-accidental injuries, international elements, neglect, as well as physical and sexual abuse and drug or substance concerns.

Rhiannon has spent most of her career representing vulnerable people and has extensive experience of working for parents facing allegations of harm. She is known for maintaining a child-focused and empathetic approach while robustly advocating on behalf of her clients.
