Emily studied LLB (Hons) Law at Bournemouth University before completing the LPC LLM at The University of Law. She undertook her training contract at a top 100 UK law firm and qualified as a solicitor in September 2024, joining Machins Solicitors in November 2025.
Emily specialises in contentious probate and has experience advising clients on a wide range of disputes. She is committed to navigating complex matters with a pragmatic, client-focused approach, balancing legal strategy with cost proportionality and other considerations.
