About Daniella

Daniella joined Machins in June 2026 as an Assistant Solicitor working with Neil O’Callaghan in our Dispute Resolution Team.

Daniella graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law in 2020 before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire in 2021. She then commenced her training contract with a boutique law firm with offices in Hertfordshire and London. During her training contract, she completed the Professional Skills Course with BPP University and qualified as a solicitor in November 2024.

Throughout her legal career, Daniella has gained broad experience in civil and commercial litigation, acting for both individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, misrepresentation, debt recovery and timeshare claims. She is committed to building strong relationships with clients and providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice. Daniella adopts a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution, seeking to achieve the best possible outcome while resolving matters through negotiation wherever appropriate and avoiding unnecessary litigation where possible.
