Barbara is Head of HR at Machins
Barbara joined Machins in March 2022 as Head of HR.
She has worked for several local firms and in different sectors during a HR career spanning many years. Her role is to support partners and staff to balance the needs in the future development of Machins.
She is a chartered member of the CIPD.
