Paralegal, Dispute Resolution Team
Alice Racher joined Machins Solicitors as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Team in August 2026.
She graduated from the University of Exeter in 2024 with a First-Class degree in Law. During her studies, Alice was awarded the Contract Law Prize in recognition of achieving the highest mark in her cohort for the module. She is currently furthering her legal education by studying for a Master’s in Legal Practice at the University of Law.
Prior to joining Machins, Alice worked as a Paralegal at a local law firm, where she spent two years within the Private Client team. This role provided her with valuable experience supporting clients on a wide range of matters, developing strong client care skills and a practical understanding of legal processes.
Alice is passionate about helping clients navigate challenging situations with confidence and clarity. She is committed to providing a professional, approachable service and looks forward to continuing to develop her expertise within the Dispute Resolution Team.
