We now have an opportunity for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join our busy Reception team, based in Luton. Our receptionists are the first point of contact for our clients and the firm. They work as part of the administration team, reporting to the HR Manager. This role involves managing all the reception duties, answering client enquiries and ensuring correct call handling to appropriate departments whilst always displaying the highest standards of client care. Additionally, the role also includes administration tasks supporting the operations and facilities within the firm.

About the role:
- Welcoming clients, visitors and staff attending the Luton office in a professional manner and providing refreshments within the meeting rooms as and when required
- Answering and directing incoming calls across both offices
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
- Book and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are kept in good working order and assist with catering arrangements for client / staff events
- Support in ordering supplies/ stationary for Luton and Berkhamsted office
- Ensure reception area is neat and tidy at all times
- Assisting with general administrative duties and ad hoc administrative project work
