Are you an experienced Commercial property Solicitor with a strong background in Landlord and Tenant matters?
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our well established and highly regarded Commercial Property team at our Luton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, experienced Solicitor to take on a senior role handling high quality landlord and tenant matters, including high value lettings, lease renewals and ongoing asset management work. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative and people focused working culture where your expertise will be valued.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in advising a diverse client base and leading on a broad range of Commercial Property matters, acting for landlord and tenants, including:
- Leading on business tenancy agreements and renewals including complex Landlord and Tenant negotiations.
- Handling a broad mix of commercial landlord and tenant matters, from asset management to portfolio support.
- Acting on purchase of commercial properties for conversion to residential dwellings, including due diligence, title issues, and planning considerations.
- Handling lease negotiations, renewals, asset management and ongoing portfolio support
- Acting as a trusted advisor to a mix of commercial landlords, property companies, and commercial occupiers
- Working closely with Partners on strategic, high value matters and helping to deepen client relationships
You’ll also be a driver for new business through networking and referrals, leveraging your network and business development acumen to attract new clients and strengthen the firm’s market presence.

We are looking for someone who brings:
- Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE in Commercial Property law with strong background in Landlord and Tenant law.
- Demonstrable success in client relationship management and business development
- A commercially minded, solutions focused approach clear, pragmatic advice.
