About the Role

You’ll play a key role in advising a wide range of clients on a broad range of Commercial Property development matters including;

  • Involvement in a varied caseload of residential and commercial development work, playing a key role in advising on complex, high-value development transactions.
  • Working closely with Senior Solicitors and Partners on development driven transactions, gaining insight into the full lifecycle of projects from acquisition to delivery.
  • Supporting on land acquisitions, site assembly and strategic purchases for developers and investors across the region.
  • Assisting commercial property acquisitions for conversion to residential, including due diligence, title review and planning related considerations.
  • Handling a mix of commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and asset management work that supports ongoing development activity.
  • Advising on party wall matters and development related rights and obligations.
  • Manging your own caseload with increasing autonomy as your expertise deepens.

About you

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property law with some exposure to development work or looking to specialise in this area.
  • A clear ambition to specialise in development and regeneration projects.
  • Strong communication and a commercial, solutions focused mindset.
  • Confidence in building client relationships and working collaboratively with a growing team.
