Selling a Property

Once a buyer has been found we will:

• Provide your buyer’s solicitors with comprehensive information about the property.
• Wherever possible we will send this electronically to speed the sale along.
• Assist with the buyer’s enquiries. Buyers often ask many questions about your property which can seem daunting at first but we find that almost all questions can be dealt with to a buyer’s satisfaction.

Once you and your buyer are ready, we will assist you in discussions about moving dates as you and your buyers may have different moving dates in mind.
