Testimonials

Gurjit Dardar from Machins solicitors represented us for the purchase of our new property and she was fantastic. She was attentive, accurate and responsive. Also maintained good lines of communication and really went the extra mile when our buyer's solicitors weren't performing. I will certainly use Machins Solicitors in future endeavours and would also recommend them! Gurjit was great, was easy to get a hold of and helped us push our purchase through very fast within 6 months. She also gave sound and practical advice for the purchase of our home. Would definitely recommend.
We just want to say a very big thank you for the way you worked for us. It has been so nice for a change to be able to rely on a professional who didn’t have to be chased and who we felt had our best interests at heart. We also want to extend our gratitude to Nadiyah who was always polite and helpful and a credit to you. Once again thank you.

We have had a lot of dealings with solicitors (buying/selling houses) over the years who have all worked full time but have required constant chasing for information to the point where we have been tearing our hair out trying to get them to do the job they were being paid to do. Gurjit works part-time but never once did we have to chase or complain. A breath of fresh air and we will certainly be using her next time.
I just wanted to write a note to you following the recent purchase of a flat for my daughter, and put on record how professional your conveyancing team have been. We especially would like to make a mention of Gurjit Dhadar who was excellent at all the fine detail and keeping us informed. I appreciate this is all their ‘day job’ however, a lot of angst can occur during a property purchase for the buyer, however, Gurjit was excellent at alleviating this especially by all the constraints of lockdown.
It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone that was 100% professional and knowledgeable...Very much appreciated that she was so efficient, courteous and hard working.
Gurjit was responsive. helpful and well-informed throughout. We believe that we received an excellent level of service.
We just want to say we are incredibly impressed by your company. Gurjit was fantastic as was Nadiyah and the rest of her team. We would highly recommend your company.

Spring Budget – Key highlights for businesses

Jeremy Hunt delivered his Spring Budget on 6 March, and it will probably be his last major fiscal announcement ahead of this year’s anticipated general election.
