Profile
Qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. Paul joined Machins as a Trainee Solicitor in 1991 and has been a Partner since 1997. He is a member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Panel and the Law Society’s Children’s Panel as an Accredited Specialist. He undertakes the vast majority of all hearings in which he represents clients, varying from complex and challenging financial settlements through to final hearings where the Local Authority may be seeking orders placing children in their permanent care. Paul is also a Resolution trained mediator dealing with all aspects of relationship breakdowns.
His out of work interests include running frequent marathons and ultra marathons and coaching rugby and athletics. Paul also founded The Hospice of St Francis Running Club which meets each Wednesday at 9.30am in the Berkhamsted and Tring area.
