Kathryn qualified as a solicitor in 1995. Kathryn has practised in Berkhamsted since October 2000, having previously practised in Cheltenham then Aylesbury. She joined Machins following the merger of her former practice, Sumner & Tabor, with Machins in May 2012. Kathryn is a Member of Resolution, a qualified Resolution Collaborative Lawyer and a Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Panel with specialist accreditations in Financial Remedies in Divorce and Complex Asset cases.
Kathryn is the Head of the Private Family Law Department for both Berkhamsted and Luton, and Compliance Officer for Legal Practice.
Kathryn was recognised as a 'Leading Lawyer' in the Legal 500 2020 edition.
