GDPR & Cybercrime - Are you prepared?
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is set to become enforceable from the 25th May 2018 and will replace the Data Protection Act (DPA). The GDPR creates a wider definition of personal data than the Data Protection Act and the risks of being unprepared could be costly.
Time is running out and businesses have only a few weeks left to make the necessary changes to ensure they abide by the new law.
Richard McBarnet, Managing Director at Lumina Technologies will presenting on ‘GDPR – everything you wanted to know but were too afraid to ask’ and will focus on some of the key issues your business will be facing, what GDPR means and how you can get your organisation ready for the changes.
