Profile

Graduated from Manchester University and the College of Law, Chester. Joined Williams & Company in Luton 1982. Partner 1987 – 2011, developing private client, conveyancing and family departments. Joined Machins in October 2011 to further specialise and develop my private client practice.

I act as a Trustee in a number of private cases as well as for two Luton charities. I am the Clerk to the Board of Appeal of the English Table Tennis Association.

Great aim in professional life – never to make a Will any more complicated than necessary. Many and varied interests which are generously tolerated by my loving family.

Following the closure of Williams & Co Nigel has donated all the law books that Williams & Co had to the University of Bedfordshire for their Law Section in Luton.  Nigel met with Jo Mayhill, Head of Academic Liason/Research Librarian to hand over the books in December 2011.
