Have you been involved in an accident where somebody else was to
blame? Have you been injured or suffered loss as a result? We can
advise whether you have a claim and how to go about bringing it
to recover compensation. If you are unable to visit us because
of your accident we can visit you. Once we have obtained all the
details of the accident we can commence negotiations.
Most claims for compensation are settled
quickly and amicably with an insurance company, without the need
for court action. Only in very serious and complex cases do you
have to go to court. The partner who heads this department is a
member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and a Fellow
of the College of
Personal Injury Lawyers.
We do not charge for an initial interview,
and will discuss the basis on which we can act for you under a
conditional fee (or no-win-no-fee) agreement, where you are only
liable to pay our fees if the claim is successful. We will be pleased
to give you an idea of the costs involved at the outset.
