Have you been involved in an accident where somebody else was to blame?
Have you been injured or suffered loss as a result?
We can advise whether you have a claim and how to go about bringing it to recover compensation.
• Road Traffic Accidents
• Accidents at Work
• Tripping and Slipping claims
• Fatal Accident claims
• Claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau
• Claims against the Police and local authorities
• Claims for children and young person
• Mesothelioma/asbestos claims
We have acted for clients in both the High Court and County Court as well as appearing before the Coroner’s Court.
If you are unable to visit us because of your accident we can visit you. Once we have obtained all the details of the accident we can commence negotiations.
Most claims for compensation are settled quickly and amicably with an insurance company, without the need for court action. Only in very serious and complex cases do you have to go to court.
We do not charge for an initial interview, and will discuss the basis on which we can act for you under a conditional fee (or no-win-no-fee) agreement, where you are only liable to pay our fees if the claim is successful. We will be pleased to give you an idea of the costs involved at the outset.
