Most claims for compensation are settled quickly and amicably with an insurance company, without the need for court action. Only in very serious and complex cases do you have to go to court.

We do not charge for an initial interview, and will discuss the basis on which we can act for you under a conditional fee (or no-win-no-fee) agreement, where you are only liable to pay our fees if the claim is successful. We will be pleased to give you an idea of the costs involved at the outset.
