Children and Domestic Violence

If there has been violence or abuse in a relationship, or if there are problems involving children, you may need to involve a court on an emergency basis. It might be necessary to seek protection from a partner or former partner. We understand these problems and can help you get that protection quickly by way of an injunction or police assistance, often the very same day as the need arises. We are able to draw upon many years of experience which allows us to provide quick and accurate advice for every possible emergency.

Through the franchise granted to our family team by the Legal Services Commission we are able to grant immediate public funding to those on a low income, provided the circumstances warrant it. This means, in most cases where emergency action is required, we are able to issue proceedings the day we receive your instructions.
